David Castle

David is one of two partners and has been practicing criminal law for over 30 years.

David is a Solicitor Advocate and specializes in representing defendants in Crown Court trials. He has extensive experience dealing with the full range of criminal offences, having represented clients charged with fraud, assault and human trafficking, to sexual offences and murder.

David is highly regarded for his pragmatic and thorough approach to cases and he demonstrates a clear commitment to securing the best possible outcome for his client.

In addition to the above, David is a qualified Duty Solicitor and when not engaged at the Crown Court, may be found at the Magistrates or at the Police Station.

John Evans

Partner, Solicitor, Higher Rights Advocate, Duty Solicitor, Police Station Accredited

One of two founding partners, John has been practicing criminal law for over 30 years and is the Managing Partner of the Firm, dealing with many of the business, professional and compliance issues.

John is a Solicitor Advocate with extensive trial experience in both the Crown and Magistrates Court, dealing with the full range of criminal offences. John works closely with Counsel on more complex cases to ensure the most favourable outcome possible.

In addition to the above John is a qualified Duty Solicitor providing advice at the Magistrates Court and Police Stations.

Katie Quincey

Solicitor, Higher Rights Advocate, Duty Solicitor, Police Station Accredited

Katie is a senior solicitor who has 13 years of extensive experience in criminal litigation. Katie has represented clients at the Police Station, Youth Court, Magistrates Court and Crown Court for a wide range of offences from drink driving and assault to robbery and murder.

Katie has been praised for her thorough case preparation and dedication to her clients best interests.

Andrea Skov 

Trainee Solicitor

Andrea is a trainee solicitor who supports fee earners in all aspects of criminal proceedings and hopes to qualify as a solicitor in 2023. She is currently in the process of obtaining Police Station Accreditation in order to represent clients in interviews under caution at the police station.

Andrea is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Danish.

Laura Bailey 

Solicitor, Higher Rights Advocate, Duty Solicitor, Police Station Accredited

Laura is one of our consultants who appears regularly in the Magistrates Courts, having qualified as a duty solicitor, and may also be found at the Crown Court. She has had great success in being instructed by clients investigated and charged with various offences such as robbery, fraud and public order offences.

Alastair McKelvie

Alastair is one of our consultants who has been practicing criminal law for over 20 years. He has a wealth of experience representing clients at the police station when they have been arrested for a wide range of offences, including murder, rape and grievous bodily harm.

Roxana Sampson

Police Station Accredited

Roxana is one of our Police Station Representatives who attends interviews under caution at the police station on a regular basis, having gained 7 years experience in advising clients who are facing criminal allegations. She has represented clients in a wide range of offences, from common assaults to attempted murders, and also has experience in the Royal Military Police.

Roxana is fluent in Romanian.
