Tim joined the Castle Partnership in 2007 and spent two years working as a trainee solicitor and Police Station Representative before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2009. Tim specialises in criminal defence work.
Tim’s training has given him extensive experience in dealing with a wide cross section of offences at the Police Station and Crown Court. In addition to his Police Station and Crown Court work he now, as a qualified solicitor, appears in the Magistrates Court on a regular basis.
Tim’s application for Duty Solicitor status is pending and he plans to apply for advocacy rights in the Crown Court in the near future.
He has a particular interest in offences relating to the supply of controlled substances.
