The three current partners formed the Castle Partnership in 2001. Our aim then and now is to deliver high quality professional advice to those who find themselves in trouble with the Police and Courts. The firm holds a contract with the Legal Services Commission to provide publicly funded representation to clients at the Police Station and Court.
All of our staff specialise in criminal defence work and receive ongoing training and support.
Our offices are conveniently situated in the town centre, close to the Police Station and Courts in both Guildford and Woking. We are within walking distance of the railway station in both locations and metered parking is available nearby.
Our offices are open between 9.00am and 5.00 pm daily from Monday to Friday. We can arrange appointments outside of these hours in certain circumstances and endeavour to provide a 24 hour service to those who need police station advice through our emergency out of hours number all year round.
The Castle Partnership sponsor a local schools mock trial competition each year which is held at Woking Magistrates Court and are actively involved in mentoring students from the College of Law, Guildford through their mentoring scheme.
