The Coronavirus: An Update for Clients and other Service Users

Our sympathies go out to all those effected by the coronavirus outbreak. In light of Government Advice we are asking all out clients not to attend the office for the foreseeable future.

We are still open for business and will be covering our Court and Police Station commitments, however, to protect our staff and customers and to combat the circulation of the virus we are asking clients to stay away from the office.

We expect to be able to deal with most queries over the phone and are planning to replace conferences and meetings with telephone and Skype conferences.

Clients are asked not to come to the office during this time.

Thank you for your co operation

Offices

Guildford

Our head office is located in central Guildford. We are a short walk from the railway station and there is ample metered parking in the immediate vicinity. We are less then 5 minutes walk from the Crown Court, Magistrates Court and Police Station.
Our offices are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30. Appointments can be arranged out side of these times if necessary.

The office has disabled access.

Basingstoke

Our satellite office is close to the Magistrates Court in Basingstoke. The office is approximately 10 minutes walk from the railway station and metered parking is available at the Council Office opposite.
The reception is staffed between 9 and 5.30 but appointments to see a solicitor need to be made in advance.

Unfortunately there is no disabled access at this premises and the office is on the first floor. If you cannot manage stairs please let us know in advance. In those circumstances we can book a ground floor meeting room, although there would still be some steps.

We also see clients at prison where necessary and can arrange home visits if this is essential.
